Renan de Azevedo is a longtime leader, technologist, humanist, career mentor, and certified coach. He has a deep passion for helping individuals, groups, teams, and projects to reach their full potential.

From his technologist side, he works with team leading and building, software engineering and architecture, agile methodologies and entrepreneurship. Since the beginning of his career, he has adapted to each situation, helping the teams and companies he worked with to move forward using the best of his systemic approach and visions throughout projects and processes.

From his humanitarian side, he works with career mentoring voluntarily, personal and professional coaching, and facilitation. He helps individuals and groups to find their leverage points, discovering innovative ways to overcome their challenges and to simplify their decision-making processes, bringing more awareness on what needs to be done and how.
